Questions before you start
What does the 14-day free trial include?
Every current plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, and nothing is charged until day 15.
What happens when a salon sponsors a stylist's seat?
Studio and Salon include team access. An invited professional does not pay a second Maravoa subscription while they are part of that team.
Can I change plans or take my data with me?
Start where you are and grow into the next tier when you are ready. Your data stays with your account, so your book does not need to move when your plan changes.
How do card payments work?
Card processing runs through Stripe at its standard rates. Maravoa does not take a percentage of your services or charge a per-booking fee.
Does the dedicated texting number cost extra?
An independent Stylist can add a dedicated texting number for $2 per month, passed through at cost. Team access is included on Studio and Salon.
Is annual billing available?
The current plans are listed monthly. Maravoa does not publish an annual-billing discount on the current pricing, so there is no annual rate to quote.
