You run the floor, and you are still behind a chair.

7:30 am

One calendar, every chair in view

The whole week in one grid, a color per professional, today marked so your eye finds it even deep in the columns. Filter to one person when that is all you care about, and book into any open slot without leaving the view.

• A color per professional, every chair in one grid
• Click an open slot to book it
• Conflicts warn you, they do not block you
• Everyone sees their own day on their own phone

10:15 am

Someone starts Monday, and arrives already loaded

You invite them, they accept, and their book comes with them: clients, color cards, history. No week of retyping, no clients lost in the move. Team access is included, so inviting a professional does not add another subscription.

Salon-managed or independent: you choose per person whether their work runs on the salon's services, prices and Stripe account, or their own.

2:10 pm

Two cancellations, five chairs, one place to look

When a slot opens, the waitlist comes with it, notes and all, for whoever's chair it was. One tap texts the opening. Nobody has to remember who asked to come in sooner, and nothing goes out without someone deciding.

• Openings named by day, time and chair
• Waitlist notes travel with the row
• Automatic reminders cut the no-shows first

9:00 pm

Did the floor have a good day, or did I?

Revenue by professional, retail, chair use, and what the coming weeks already hold. This is the view that answers whether to add a chair or fill the ones you have.

How team money works: salon-managed work uses the salon's services, prices, Stripe account and shared texting number. Independent-professional payouts inside a sponsored seat are rolling out; until that option is activated, team card checkout settles through the salon Stripe account.
